Citrus Pepper Crusted Haddock


2 Pounds Fresh Haddock Fillets 

1 Cup Butter (Melted)

2 Cups Panko Bread Crumbs

2 Tablespoons Citrus Pepper Blend

1 Teaspoon Cajun Reaper Blend *Optional for those who like to add some heat.


Step #1  Melt butter in small pan.  Add bread crumbs & Citrus Pepper Blend.  Mix well.

Step #2  Top haddock with bread crumb mixture evenly.  Sprinkle Cajun Reaper Blend on top of bread crumbs if desired.

Step #3  Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit  for 20 minutes or an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit is reached.  Serve & enjoy.
