Italian Meatballs
Ingredients
2 Pounds Ground Beef (85/15)
2 Pounds Ground Pork
1 Pound Ground Veal
5 Eggs, Large (Lightly Beaten)
2 Cups Unseasoned Breadcrumbs
1 Cup Italian Blend
Preparation
Step #1 Mix all ingredients well in a stainless steel bowl.
Step #2 Form mixture into 1.5 inch in diameter round balls and place on greased baking pan(s).
Step #3 Preheat conventional oven to 375°F. Place meatballs in the oven for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
***Makes approximately 60-70 meatballs***
