Four Bell Peppers


Meat Mix


¾    Pound Sweet Italian Sausage

¾    Pound Ground Beef (85% Lean)

2     Eggs (Extra Large)

1     Cup Plain Bread Crumbs

10¾ Ounce (Campbell’s® Condensed Tomato Soup)

1     Cup Sweet Onions (Small Dice)

½    Cup Fresh Parsley (Minced)

¼    Cup Italian Blend




1     Cup Parmesan Cheese


Step #1: Prepare peppers by cutting off the tops and removing the seeds. 


Step #2: Prepare meat mixture by combining all of the ingredients except for the parmesan cheese.  Add the mixture to the peppers until the mixture is slightly above the top.  Sprinkle parmesan cheese on the top.


Step #3: Place peppers in baking dish & bake uncovered for one hour at 350 F or an internal temperature of 165 F.  Serve & enjoy.
