Sweet & Smoky Meat Sauce
1 Pound Ground Beef (85/15)
1/2 Sweet Onion (Small Dice)
1/2 Red Bell Pepper (Small Dice)
1 Cup Ketchup
2 Tablespoons Campside Chef Sweet & Smoky Blend
1 Teaspoon Garlic
Step #1 Saute onion & peppers for a few minutes over medium heat . Add garlic. Saute an additional ten minutes or until the onions are translucent.
Step #2 Add the ground beef and cook thoroughly. Add ketchup and cook an additional 5 minutes.
Step #3 Add the Campside Chef Sweet & Smoky blend and blend into the meat sauce. Remove from heat and serve.
