Tomato Mozzarella Salad


 1 lb Cherry Tomatoes

 1 lb Fresh Mozzarella

 ¼ cup Olive Oil

 ⅛ cup Apple Cider Vinegar

 cup Campside Chef Italian Blend


Step #1: Add olive oil, vinegar, and Campside Chef Italian Blend to a large stainless steel bowl.  Whisk until mixed well.

Step #2: Slice cherry tomatoes in half and place in a large stainless steel bowl.

Step #3: Cut fresh mozzarella into thin slices or small cubes and add to stainless steel bowl.

Step #4: Toss all ingredients well in stainless steel bow and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
