Tomato Mozzarella Salad

Ingredients

2   Pounds Cherry Tomatoes

1   Pound Fresh Mozzarella Cheese

¼ Cup Olive Oil

⅛ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

⅛ Cup Italian Blend

Step #1  Add olive oil, vinegar, and Italian Blend to a large stainless steel bowl.  Whisk until mixed well.

Step #2  Rinse with water, then slice cherry tomatoes in half and place them in the bowl.

Step #3  Cut fresh mozzarella into thin slices or small cubes and add bowl.

Step #4  Toss all ingredients well in bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
